



Chevron Richmond Technology Center Infrastructure Upgrade
Gayner Engineers served as principal author and designer of the $129 million Campus wide Infrastructure Upgrade, which includes a $12 million, 11,000 sq.ft. Global Operation Center, a $15 million building tenant improvement for a pilot plant, multiple building HVAC system upgrades, exhaust manifold system upgrade, CAV to VAV conversion for a 400,000 sq.ft. research complex, Primary Variable Flow Conversion for an existing chiller plant, new emergency generator plants, high pressure hydrogen distribution system, and air handling unit replacement.
