Confidential Client – Office Building Optimization
Studies and implementation of optimization controls for multiple office buildings for Genentech. Energy models were developed to test out the performance of different energy conservation measures. Pre-construction performance trends were setup by data loggers to record power for compressors and fans. Gayner Engineers developed detailed sequence of operations for the new optimized controls, including dual-maximum, static pressure reset, CO2 demand ventilation controls for conference rooms, temperature reset, temperature setback, and optimal start. Implemented new control sequences and post construction performance verification.
